Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. All order are customized to buyers liking & unfortunately is not returnable. I will allow cancellations on order within 1 hour of ordering. (ex: wrong size/color, etc)

Please try on sneakers at a local store/business to make sure your size shoe is correct to be on the safe side.

We are located in the US, so if ordering a size outside of the US, please refer to the conversion size shoe chart to verify size needed.
